In the role of Account Manager at GreenShield, you will support our Small Business segment by developing strong relationships with Advisors and clients. This position entails retaining and servicing assigned accounts, promoting GreenShield's offerings, and ensuring service excellence to enhance client satisfaction. Your efforts will directly impact our portfolio's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison for clients and Advisors
• Achieve retention and profitability goals for accounts




• Deliver proactive service and issue resolution
• Track client trends to identify risks and opportunities
• Organize meetings to review performance and plan adjustments

Requirements:
• 3–5 years in relevant account management experience
• Robust analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• LLQP license and GBA designation preferred
• Commitment to professional development
