Elevate Agile delivery as a Senior Scrum Master with Moneris in Toronto. Enable teams to meet delivery goals, enhance practices, and remove obstacles in a hybrid work setup.
In this role, you will support 2–3 Agile teams, reporting to the Manager, Scrum. Your responsibilities include guiding teams through sprint ceremonies, removing impediments, and aligning priorities with OKRs. You will also drive continuous improvement by analyzing metrics and collaborating with product and tech partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Scrum ceremonies for multiple Agile teams
• Address systemic anti-patterns and root causes
• Coach teams on product mindset and align priorities
• Manage sprint scope changes and dependencies
• Influence adoption of effective Agile practices
Requirements:
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
• 4 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead
• 3+ years of Agile experience in enterprise setup
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Miro
• Understanding of end-to-end product delivery
