Become a Sustainment Project Manager with Babcock and ensure the effectiveness of Canada's Victoria Class Submarines. This role in Ottawa, ON, Victoria, BC, or Halifax, NS, plays a vital role in national security.

As part of the Sustainment Projects Team, you will carry out the project management lifecycle, tackling various projects that impact national defence. Your leadership will ensure projects are executed within scope, time, and budget while interacting with key stakeholders. This role also emphasizes maintaining safety and quality standards throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead delivery of projects sustaining submarine operations
• Execute and manage all phases of project lifecycle
• Ensure budget management and stakeholder engagement




• Develop project management plans for various initiatives
• Communicate risks and health/safety issues proactively

Requirements:
• 4+ years of project management experience preferably in the Naval sector
• University degree or diploma in Project Management
• PMP certification required
• Technical knowledge in naval operations
• Eligible for Canadian Security and ITAR Clearance
