Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will engage in essential corporate finance functions, including the preparation of financial documents and insights. Your role will involve variance analysis and assisting with the annual budgeting process, ensuring the company adheres to compliance and accuracy within auditing practices. Internal collaboration and relationship building are key components of your daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships with stakeholders for productive communication
• Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting documents
• Execute variance analysis and budgetary assessments
• Assist with cash distributions and fund administration functions
• Support audit processes and prepare documentation for review
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Pursuing or holding an active accounting designation
• At least 3 years of financial analyst experience
• Competence in MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Detail-oriented and motivated problem solver
