Stantec is looking for Environmental Field Technicians to support a major project in Fort McMurray beginning in Q4 2026. The selected candidates will work in a energetic environment focused on field investigations, data collection, and safe project execution. The role entails working on a two-weeks-on/two-weeks-off schedule with travel accommodations provided from Calgary or Edmonton.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute field investigations and environmental monitoring tasks
• Accurately document and manage field data
• Assist in drilling, soil sampling,



and testing activities
• Communicate with team members and project stakeholders
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and policies

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in environmental sciences or related areas
• Experience of less than 9 years in relevant fields
• Commitment to safety culture and practice
• Strong communications skills in field settings
• Valid driver's license for Alberta fly-in/fly-out operations
