We are looking for a Worship Pastor who leads with passion and vision, facilitating experiences that deepen our congregation's relationship with God. You will focus on creating worship elements, mentoring musicians, and overseeing the technical aspects of our services to ensure excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead engaging music planning with the Lead Pastor
• Conduct weekly rehearsals for the worship team
• Ensure smooth execution of all worship services
• Mentor volunteers in music and production
• Manage A/V equipment for effective worship experiences

Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience leading worship actively
• Ability to play guitar and/or keyboard proficiently
• Commitment to ongoing spiritual and personal growth
• Familiarity with audio-visual tools like ProPresenter
• Experience in budget management and creative planning
