Working under the Manager, Finance, the Accounting and Payroll Analyst is responsible for full-cycle accounting tasks while prioritizing feminist and anti-oppression values. You will handle bookkeeping, reconciliation, and process enhancement to support DEWC’s mission. A solid foundation in finance and robust analytical skills are critical for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily bookkeeping and payroll functions accurately
• Conduct account reconciliations and prepare financial reports
• Collaborate with finance and other departments for efficiency




• Streamline processes for accuracy and effectiveness
• Ensure timely completion of tasks to deliver quality services

Requirements:
• At least 2 years in full-cycle accounting/payroll roles
• Degree/diploma in accounting or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and analysis-oriented skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of ADP payroll systems is beneficial
