Key Responsibilities:
• Triage referrals and assess client needs accurately
• Respond to phone inquiries about intake procedures
• Formulate, implement, and evaluate the intake process
• Educate family members involved in the treatment
• Collect data related to the intake process efficiently

Requirements:
• Graduate degree in health-related field required
• Minimum of five years related experience preferred
• Registered with a Regulatory College in Ontario
• Experience in interdisciplinary teams necessary
• Proven conflict resolution and advocacy skills
