Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers day to day, keeping schedules and budgets on track
Track job progress and costs, delivering clear,

Feed workmanship and subcontractor performance insights back to leadership to help sharpen how the company delivers
Confirm design specifications are met on every build
Stay current on construction technology, methods, and standards

What We're Looking For
A construction-related diploma or degree plus at least five years of interior construction experience in the Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) sector, or an equivalent mix of training and experience
Working knowledge of scheduling, project management, and contract software
Solid grasp of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, specifications, and building materials
A natural leader who enjoys directing site personnel, building schedules, and lining up manpower, materials, and trades
Current health and safety credentials such as Working at Heights, First Aid, and Basics of Supervision
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with trades, consultants, and clients alike

Compensation & Work Model
Compensation is competitive and will be discussed during the screening process. This is a full-time, salaried position (40 hours per week) with full benefits.

Location & Travel
Based out of Oakville, Ontario, with active job sites located throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Travel between the office and job sites should be expected.
