You will lead around 30 credit professionals, ensuring high-performance standards across multiple locations. This role involves mentoring supervisors and developing credit policies aligned with corporate goals. Proposals for AI implementation to streamline processes will be essential in achieving workflow improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and develop Credit Supervisors and Managers
• Manage workload allocation and escalation protocols
• Establish divisional credit risk assessment models
• Collaborate with sales to balance risk with commercial goals
• Oversee the collections function and KPI management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce mandatory
• Minimum of 6-8 years in credit and collections
• Experience in managing extensive AR portfolios
• Effective communication in client-facing situations
• Preference for heavy equipment or B2B experience
