Key Responsibilities:
• Assess habilitation needs and craft personalized therapy plans
• Develop group and individual treatment programs
• Collaborate on comprehensive care plans with the care team




• Maintain progress records and treatment evaluations
• Offer training related to musculoskeletal injury prevention

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Registration with COTBC
• Two years’ experience in long-term care settings
• Ability to prioritize and handle minimal supervision
• Skills in adult education and effective communication
