You will lead the design of seasonal collections for licensed and private brands, focusing on consumer and market trends. The ideal candidate has a profound understanding of garment construction and excels in creative solutions that meet retailer standards. This role requires strong collaboration with various departments to bring designs from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop seasonal apparel collections for men’s, women's, and children's lines
• Interpret customer briefs into successful garment concepts
• Research and analyze fashion trends and consumer insights
• Support product development and review processes
• Prepare technical sketches and presentations for stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant design field
• 3-5+ years of experience in the apparel industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and technical design tools
