Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the pilot malting plant and micro-brewery efficiently
• Conduct quality checks per control analysis
• Record waste and assess trends for improvement




• Troubleshoot stoppages rapidly to ensure production flow
• Implement 5S principles for effective housekeeping

Requirements:
• N4 Electrical/Millwright Trade qualification
• Proficient in reading electrical schematics
• Prior experience in a Process Control Workplace preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Experience in malting and brewing is advantageous
