As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will perform direct assessments, assist in personal care, and support medication management. Your role will include communicating needs with families and contributing your knowledge of aging to enhance the residents' lives. You’ll model empathy and understanding, making a positive impact on their daily experiences while guiding our Health Care Aides.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assessments and basic treatments to residents
• Administer medications in line with LPN regulations




• Document observations of resident health diligently
• Encourage family participation in resident care programs
• Support and train Health Care Aides in best practices

Requirements:
• Valid LPN registration from a recognized program
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing
• Solid customer service and empathy skills
• Knowledge of applicable health regulations and statutes
• Proficient in documentation and care plan adherence
