Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate recruitment and onboarding of nursing staff
• Provide regular performance feedback and evaluations

• Oversee medication reconciliation and management

Requirements:
• 5 years of nursing experience in clinical settings
• Proven leadership abilities for over 5 years

• Experience working with dementia patients
• Must hold a valid nursing license in the province
