In this Experienced Financial Analyst role, you’ll report to the Director of Technical Accounting, focusing on the preparation of financial reports, including SEC filings and compliance with SOX. Your analytical skills and experience will contribute significantly to the success of the financial team, addressing complex accounting issues with a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute monthly and quarterly financial variance analysis
• Analyze and prepare intercompany elimination entries
• Prepare necessary documentation for audits and reviews
• Participate in 10Q and 10K report preparation and reviews
• Conduct technical accounting research and prepare memos
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or equivalency
• CPA designation or in progress required
• 4-5 years of finance or accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of SOX and internal controls is an asset
