We are on the hunt for an Excavator Operator with at least 5 years of operating experience. You will be instrumental in delivering our construction projects, working side-by-side with a dedicated team. Although a Construction Induction (White Card) is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Effectively operate mid-size excavators on-site
• Collaborate with the team to meet project goals
• Uphold standards for safety and quality
• Identify and resolve equipment challenges promptly
• Encourage an inclusive and supportive setting
Requirements:
• At least 5+ years of excavator operating experience
• Experience handling mid-size excavators (5-15 tonnes)
• Preferred Construction Induction (White Card)
• Excellent team collaboration skills
• Interest in career growth within the company
