Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct trauma-informed counselling for clients in need
• Offer short-term therapy interventions and support
• Partner with community organizations like Calgary Police Service
• Manage client referrals to additional resources
• Document client progress and maintain case accuracy
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling or Social Work
• Minimum 2 years experience in relevant fields
• Strong knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
• First Aid and CPR certifications needed within 3 months
• Background check is mandatory
