Key Responsibilities:
• Support the recruitment lifecycle with the Talent Acquisition Manager
• Participate in interviews and compile interviewer feedback




• Maintain the company website with current job openings
• Provide necessary documentation for recruitment compliance
• Coordinate communication between hiring managers and candidates

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field
• 2–3 years of talent acquisition experience
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Proficient in the Microsoft Suite
• Experience in a construction setting is an advantage
