Enhance CB&I;'s welding quality assurance efforts as an Associate Welding Engineering Technician. Utilize your problem-solving skills and knowledge of welding processes to assist with QA/QC functions.
In this role, you will aid in the oversight of Weld/QA/QC activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements. Candidates should possess a diploma in Welding Engineering Technology and ideally have 0-2 years of industry experience. Collaborating effectively with field personnel is essential to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in execution of Weld/QA/QC site activities
• Participate in the development of QA documentation
• Assist in maintaining welding equipment and tools
• Collaborate with field personnel and regulatory bodies
• Support other departments in QA/QC deliverables
Requirements:
• Diploma in Welding Engineering Technology required
• 0 to 2 years of experience in welding
• Solid verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of various welding techniques
• Must be able to travel within Canada and the US
