Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment efforts and candidate screenings
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for hires
• Ensure accuracy of employee files and related reports




• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and safety standards

Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years HR generalist experience in manufacturing
• Relevant degree or diploma in HR or Business
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and HRIS tools
• Familiar with Ontario Employment Standards and health safety
• English required; Mandarin is a plus
