As a part of the Leggett & Platt team, you will oversee quality management processes within a renowned company known for seating support systems. This full time role, scheduled from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, includes responsibilities from leading cross-functional teams to managing customer interactions on quality issues, ensuring the production of top-tier automotive comfort products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate quality activities with internal and external teams
• Analyze and solve escalated quality concerns
• Prepare comprehensive quality records and documentation
• Conduct quality audits and calibrations
• Lead the preparation of PPAP documents for production
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5 years in IATF16949 environments
• Strong problem-solving and statistical skills
• Six Sigma Black Belt training is preferred
• Willingness to engage in customer visits
• Ability to work independently in diverse teams
