In the Default Solutions division, you will work closely with the Managed Services Team and the Vendor Performance Lead. You'll monitor vendor operations and performance, providing valuable feedback aimed at enhancing outcomes for both vendors and our clients. This role requires a keen eye for detail and excellent communication capabilities to facilitate constructive discussions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Law Firms and Collection Agencies according to guidelines
• Analyze performance data with KPI metrics




• Manage effective communications regarding updates and escalations
• Conduct performance assessments with actionable feedback
• Contribute as a subject matter expert in project initiatives

Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years in Collections or related sectors
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Self-motivated with a focus on client satisfaction
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
