Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Advisors with daily inquiries on Compliance and Systems
• Train advisors and their branch teams effectively
• Partner with departments for deep issue resolution
• Engage in project-specific procedural updates
• Support management with priority tasks
Requirements:
• Bilingual (French and English), fluent in industry terminology
• Minimum 1-3 years in client service within investment or banking
• Related academic credentials (e.g., CSC, CPH) beneficial
• Advanced MS Office skills required
• Positive attitude and strong communication ability
