Reporting directly to the FAcT Program Director, your role focuses on transitioning essential site support services and facility management. You will utilize your project coordination experience to track, review, and submit operational plans, ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate review and tracking of transition plans
• Assist documentation of operational inputs during transition
• Track updates from subcontracted service providers
• Maintain transition schedules and action logs




• Prepare meeting materials and conduct record-keeping

Requirements:
• High school diploma required; business-related education preferred
• 3-5 years of facility or project coordination experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Solid English communication skills; French is an asset
• Must be eligible for security clearance
