Take on the role of Finance Clerk at Nezul Be Hunuyeh in Fort St. James. This permanent position focuses on delivering exceptional financial and administrative support.
In this role, you will report to the Finance Supervisor and support various financial operations. Responsibilities include processing accounts payable, assisting with payroll, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies. You will maintain organized filing systems and handle inquiries with professionalism, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Finance Department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process invoices for accounts payable accurately
• Maintain purchase order records efficiently
• Prepare payments through electronic transfers and cheques
• Investigate vendor statement discrepancies
• Assist in year-end audit processes
Requirements:
• Accounting or Finance certificate/diploma required
• One year of accounting or payroll experience minimum
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Possess valid Class 5 Driver’s License and complete Criminal Record Check
