Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored therapeutic interventions for assigned members
• Facilitate weekly program schedules balancing structure and free activities

• Attend clinical and administrative meetings as directed
• Conduct crisis response and provide support during urgent situations
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of related experience in addictions or mental health
• Certification in addictions counselling preferred
• Strong skills in communication and group facilitation
