• Manage client accounts totaling approximately $500,000 in premium
• Ensure a 95% retention on renewal business
• Follow up on accounts receivables weekly
• Issue documents including certificates and renewals promptly
• Market client needs to insurers effectively
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in commercial insurance
• Current R.I.B.O license essential
• Pursuing C.I.P. or C.A.I.B. qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, and EPIC
