This six-month contract position seeks a payroll professional with a proven track record. You will manage payroll processes for approximately 250 employees while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance. Your role will be integral to the HR team's transition to a new HRIS.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Keep payroll records updated in the HRIS system
• Aid in payroll reconciliations and resolving inquiries
• Support HR functions such as onboarding and record management
• Participate in HRIS implementation activities and process improvements
Requirements:
• 2+ years in payroll administration
• Experience with ADP or large payroll systems
• Understanding of Canadian payroll laws and best practices
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis
• PCP designation preferred
