The Sales Associate supports daily store operations by providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment. This entry‑level role focuses on helping customers choose vape devices, e‑liquids, cannabis accessories, and harm‑reduction products while ensuring all provincial regulations are followed. You’ll assist with sales, restocking, basic product education, and keeping the shop running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide helpful, accurate product information
- Process sales transactions; POS operation, cash handling, debit machine operation
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and stock levels
- Follow all ID‑check and age‑restriction regulations
- Learn product features, differences, and safe‑use basics

Requirements





- Must be 19+ to comply with provincial regulations
- Comfortable discussing vape and 4/20 accessories (experience helpful but not required)
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional extra shifts
- Strong customer‑service skills and willingness to learn
- Criminal background check required (company‑paid)
