Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Conduct engaging product demos to showcase device features, usage tips, and safety information
- Assist customers in selecting vaping products that meet their preferences and needs
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipt issuance
- Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain well-organized merchandising displays that highlight new arrivals and promotional items
- Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping environment
- Provide technical support and answer customer inquiries about product functionality and maintenance
- Handle phone inquiries professionally,

- Stay informed about the latest vaping trends, products, and safety regulations to serve customers effectively

Skills

- Proven experience in retail sales or technology sales with a focus on consumer electronics or similar products
- Strong communication skills for transparent product explanations, upselling, and customer engagement
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on device operation
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and POS transactions
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and sales recording
- Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of merchandising principles to create attractive displays that drive sales
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and inventory management software is preferred
