We’re looking for a driven Vehicle Acquisition & Sales Specialist who knows how to find cars, evaluate deals, and close buyers. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-moving workplace and wants real earning potential—not a clock-in, clock-out job.

What You’ll Be Doing

Vehicle Acquisition

- Source used vehicles from private sellers, wholesale channels, and trade-ins
- Accurately appraise vehicles based on condition, market value, and resale potential
- Negotiate purchases to secure profitable margins
- Coordinate inspections, transportation, and inventory intake

Sales & Customer Experience

- Engage inbound leads and guide customers through the buying process
- Conduct test drives and confidently present vehicle features and value
- Work closely with the finance team to finalize approvals and close deals
- Deliver a smooth handover and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction





Operations & Marketing

- Maintain accurate records in CRM/DMS systems
- Assist with vehicle photos, listings, pricing updates, and online ads
- Stay on top of market trends, pricing shifts, and inventory demand

What We’re Looking For
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Confident decision-maker who’s comfortable with numbers and margins
- Self-starter who can work independently and hit performance targets
- Sales or automotive experience required
- Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and online vehicle platforms

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00-$143,129.73 per year
