Responsibilities
- Assist patients at the front desk with check-in, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification to ensure a smooth patient flow.
- Conduct comprehensive pre-examination procedures including visual acuity testing, intraocular pressure measurement, and patient history collection.
- Operate specialized ophthalmic equipment such as visual filed analyzers, autorefractors, and optical coherence tomography (OCT) devices with precision. We will provide training.
- Maintain accurate records, documenting patient interactions thoroughly and efficiently.
- Provide compassionate patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring comfort throughout exams.
- Support clinical staff with tasks like taking down patient information, vision testing, and assisting during minor procedures or treatments
