What We’re Looking For:

We need a Veterinary Receptionist who brings not only experience but also the right attitude and spirit to our team. Some of your skills include:

- Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with clients and staff, both in person and over the phone.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and prioritize workload.
- Customer Service Skills: Friendly and compassionate approach to clients and their pets.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer proficiency and experience using office software or veterinary management software will help you succeed in this role.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in managing appointments, billing, and medical records.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Client and Pet Care: Greet clients and their pets with warmth and kindness, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently,



coordinating appointments to keep everything running smoothly.
- Records and Billing: Maintain accurate patient records and handle any billing inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Client Education: Provide information about services, products, and addressing client questions, ensuring they feel informed and supported.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our veterinary staff to ensure the highest level of patient care and service delivery.
