The Practice Manager plays a central role in protecting and strengthening this culture every day. The Role at a Glance
As Practice Manager, you will oversee the hospital's business and operational performance, ensuring it runs smoothly while supporting a healthy, engaged, and high-performing team.
You will work closely with clinical leadership and staff to ensure alignment between:
- Patient care standards

- Operational efficiency

This is a hands-on leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Staff Leadership & Culture
- Build and sustain a positive, inclusive, and accountable workplace culture
- Lead, coach, and support team members across roles
- Address performance issues fairly, consistently, and constructively
- Foster teamwork, trust, and strong internal communication
- Ensure patient care remains the shared priority across the team
Hospital Operations
- Oversee daily clinic operations and workflow efficiency
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and client experience
- Maintain inventory systems, ordering, and supply management
- Ensure the facility is well-maintained and operationally sound
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements
Client Experience & Relations
- Handle client concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Support staff in managing difficult client interactions
- Ensure a consistently high standard of client communication and service
- Protect and enhance the clinic’s reputation in the community
Marketing & Growth
- Develop strategies to attract and retain clients
- Oversee website and social media presence to ensure relevance and engagement
- Identify opportunities to strengthen community presence and visibility
- Contribute to sustainable business growth initiatives
Compliance & Standards
- Develop, implement and uphold clinic policies and procedures
- Ensure operational compliance with relevant standards and expectations
- Promote consistency, accountability, and professionalism across the team
Team Support (Secondary Function)
- Occasionally assist with technician or administrative duties as needed
- Support the team during peak periods or staffing gaps
- This is secondary to your primary leadership and management responsibilities
