Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist

(or will consider 2 part time to job share)

Drumheller Valley Veterinary Clinic is looking for a motivated and friendly Receptionist to join our team!

We are a busy mixed-animal veterinary clinic located in Drumheller, Alberta, seeking someone who enjoys working with people and animals and can provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Be comfortable working in a busy reception area
- Be able to manage a multi-line telephone system
- Schedule and book veterinary appointments efficiently and accurately
- Help keep the daily schedule running on time and communicate with the veterinary team as needed
- Have computer skills and be comfortable using a Windows-based system
- Be able to accurately process invoices and payments
- Keep the reception desk and work area clean, organized, and presentable




- Be comfortable with some lifting and physical duties
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Be dependable, organized, and able to multitask

Schedule & Benefits

- Full-time position (or will consider job share for the right applicants)
- Saturday rotation — every third Saturday
- Staff benefits and employee discounts available after successfully completing a 3-month probationary period
