Key Responsibilities:
• Configure, test, and maintain monitoring tools effectively
• Support the development of AIOPS platform use cases
• Oversee Model Context Protocol (MCP) maintenance
• Collaborate with engineers to develop automation solutions
• Troubleshoot and guide a team on technology projects
Requirements:
• 5+ years in telecommunications or network development
• Solid technical background in network operations
• Experience with API integrations and automation tools
• Advanced knowledge of IP, Firewall, and MPLS/VPN
• Degree in Engineering, Computing Science, or related field
