This role involves a minimum of 5 years' experience in sourcing within an industrial context. You will work closely with Supplier Quality Engineers and key stakeholders to enhance the global sourcing strategy. Taking charge of sourcing initiatives, you will drive cost deflation and efficiency in product sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in functional reviews and prepare reports
• Engage with suppliers to improve performance KPIs
• Lead sourcing initiatives targeting efficiency goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders
• Manage purchasing and contracting processes

Requirements:
• BA/BS degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of Sourcing/Procurement experience
• Expertise in Grid Automation and mechanical assemblies
• Robust communication and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with Oracle and SAP systems
