Lead a vibrant classroom as a Grades 1 & 2 Educator at Vancouver Waldorf School. This full-time teaching role is set to begin during the 2026–2027 school year, focusing on holistic education.

As an Educator, you will inspire students through a rich curriculum that includes subjects like Math, English Language Arts, and Physical Education. A commitment to Waldorf education, strong leadership, and effective communication with students and their families is essential. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute lessons aligned with Waldorf and BC curriculum standards
• Cultivate a nurturing classroom environment
• Conduct assessments and communicate student progress




• Facilitate parent-teacher interactions and conferences
• Attend faculty meetings and contribute to school events

Requirements:
• BC Teaching Certificate with a minimum of 3 years' teaching experience
• Waldorf Teacher Training Certificate or readiness to train
• Experience working with lower grade students preferred
• Proficient in English with excellent communication abilities
