In this key role, you will supervise the operation of 24-hour residential homes, ensuring person-centered and age-appropriate services for participants. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee 24-hour Residential homes and SLS/ILS services
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and program designs




• Develop and monitor budgets for fiscal responsibility
• Recruit, train, and evaluate designated staff
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and consultants

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
• 2 years supervisory experience in residential settings
• Current Residential Administrator Certificate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
