Allnorth is looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to deliver top-notch cost estimation services in a full-time in office position. Utilize your expertise to ensure project success through accurate financial management and consulting.

In this role, you will leverage a minimum of 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience to support a variety of projects. You will oversee the preparation of cost estimates and the implementation of risk management strategies while collaborating with procurement teams. Your role is critical in fostering strong client relationships and contributing to ongoing project excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create cost estimates at all project design stages
• Analyze and report on cost variances effectively




• Ensure alignment with quality control protocols
• Assist in the development of procurement packages
• Undertake site visits to monitor construction progress

Requirements:
• University Degree with 5 years in cost management
• MRICS or PQS qualification preferred
• Expertise in estimating processes for large projects
• Strong understanding of commercial risks and trends
• Excellent communication and analysis skills
