Engage in impactful nursing as a Registered Nurse in the Critical Care Unit at North Bay Regional Health Centre. This role requires robust critical thinking and communication skills in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Within this specialized 16-bed unit, you will care for patients needing constant supervision. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide specialized care for both cardiac and surgical patients. Previous Medical/Surgical and Critical Care experience is highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
• Perform advanced nursing interventions and assessments
• Work with a diverse health team for patient care
• Conduct health education for patients and their families
• Uphold safety standards for patients and colleagues

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Medical/Surgical experience of 2-3 years required
• Critical Care experience of 1-2 years required
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French preferred
