You will manage vital daily operations, conduct assessments, and facilitate case management to help guests achieve their housing goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Housing Shelter Workers and manage shift activities
• Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution as needed




• Maintain clear communications and coordinate staff schedules
• Support guests with individualized case management
• Ensure safety protocols and shelter cleanliness

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of frontline experience in social services
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• First Aid and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certified
• Asset: Diploma in Human Services or relevant discipline
