In this role, you'll report to the Administrator and be responsible for creating and managing quality recreation programs. You'll facilitate volunteer engagement and student placements, ensuring alignment with resident needs. Your effective leadership will strengthen community ties while enhancing the quality of services at the residence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute recreation program strategies
• Supervise volunteer and student contributions
• Build and maintain community relationships
• Ensure all necessary documentation for placements
• Customize programs tailored to individual resident goals

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Recreation or equivalent
• At least 3 years experience in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of LTC regulations is an asset
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Valid driver’s license required
