Reporting to the Manager of Payroll & Benefits Operations, this position entails precise payroll coordination, benefits administration, and continuous improvement within the team. You will work with diverse teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate semi-monthly payroll processing and audits
• Manage terminations and final pay submissions
• Oversee employee benefits program administration
• Maintain accurate payroll documentation for compliance
• Contribute to year-end payroll activities and reconciliations
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of payroll experience with legislation knowledge
• Currently pursuing or possessing a PCP designation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
