Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on the appeals process and petition assessments
• Determine immediate outcomes for petitions not requiring committee review




• Conduct record-keeping and scheduling for appeals cases
• Write and maintain decisions for appeals and petitions
• Support students in distress with appropriate referrals

Requirements:
• Four years of experience supporting student petitions
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education
• Solid skills with student information systems such as ROSI
• Knowledge of FIPPA and AODA compliant standards
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
