In this role, you will coordinate all mechanical and electrical activities in office, ensuring projects adhere to required specifications and codes. With two years of relevant construction experience or a degree/diploma, you'll direct functional testing of systems and assist in managing schedules alongside Project Managers. Your proactive approach will help address and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate on-site mechanical & electrical activities
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant specifications
• Direct performance testing for mechanical and electrical systems
• Collaborate with Project Managers on schedule updates
• Administer completion requirements for projects
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in construction with two years’ experience
• Knowledge of engineering systems and practices
• Background in construction site operations
• Strong problem identification and resolution skills
• Effective management and documentation capabilities
