This full-time role involves designing effective pathways to connect students in public schools with NorQuest’s diverse programs. Reporting to the Director of Grants & Academic Initiatives, you'll coordinate with various departments and school boards, using data analytics to refine educational processes and improve learner outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and monitor academic pathways processes
• Lead projects related to dual credit and learner mobility
• Facilitate collaborative discussions about curriculum with K-12 education
• Distribute resources regarding pathway programs to stakeholders
• Create reports and presentations on program successes
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree or relevant experience
• Minimum of three years managing educational programs
• Knowledge of Alberta’s K-12 educational system
• Project management experience preferred
• Capacity to coordinate engagement activities effectively
