In this influential position, you will utilize your 5-7 years of health and safety experience to provide oversight and support. Your collaboration with site leadership will ensure that Health & Safety programs are implemented effectively, while also identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Expect to play a critical role in coaching and supporting the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide senior-level guidance to site leadership on safety
• Oversee execution and enhancement of safety initiatives
• Conduct risk assessments and drive corrective actions




• Deliver training aligned with FGF safety expectations
• Monitor metrics and recommend focused improvement actions

Requirements:
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in health and safety
• Certification as a Health and Safety Qualified preferred
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation and safety practices
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead safety programs
• Capacity to excel in fast-paced and collaborative settings
