At our Windsor Tooling facility, Plasman is looking for a Creative Designer. In this role, you will assist with design initiatives for new and existing products, engaging in discussions for design approval with key stakeholders. Your responsibilities include analyzing engineering changes and ensuring adherence to customer standards while maintaining ISO documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review customer standards and mold flow analysis
• Create and finalize designs for engineering teams
• Conduct assessments on tooling feasibilities
• Maintain organized ISO documentation
• Communicate design decisions effectively

Requirements:
• 3 years experience in tool and mold design
• Proficiency in Catia V5 preferred
• Recognized degree in Design, Engineering, or similar
• Strong aesthetic sense with detail orientation
• Ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently
